National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) Assistant Secretary Nora C. Salazar (right), administers on behalf of NCDA Chairperson Rosie Lovely T. Romulo, the oath taking of Mario F. Abaygar representing the non-government organizations in the NCDA Governing Board, as appointed by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. Mr. Abaygar is currently the Vice Chairperson of the Regional Committee on Disability Affairs in Region VI, Iloilo City and at the same time the sectoral representative of the same region in the National Anti-Poverty Commission.

    “If Mohammed can not go to the mountain let the mountain go to Mohammed”, siguro ito dapat gawin ng mga PWDs na di pa inabot ng NCDA, tapos pa-refund lahat ng expense sa NCDA total pag sila ang pumunta sa lugar natin lahat ay refundable.
