In a random visit to the BIR-West filing center last April 15, 2011, the NCDA team of Precious Horvidalla and Jennifer Garcia (Shown in the photos) enjoyed the lounge designated by the center for senior citizens and persons with disabilities. This is part of the Council’s monitoring of the implementation of the “UN-Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities” (RA 9442) ratified by the country last April 15, 2008.
