Announcement: Flight and Hotel Accommodation

October 28, 2011

To All 2nd Asia Pacific CBR Congress Participants:

Please furnish us your flight and hotel accommodation details by sending it to apcbrcongress@ncda.gov.ph.  We will be visiting your hotel lobby before the 29th of November for collecting registration fee especially those who have not yet paid and possible distribution of conference kit.  This is to avoid long line of participants paying registration on the opening day.  Also it is for your interest that you must be wearing your Congress ID upon entry to the Congress venue.

It is also important for us to monitor your arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport so that appropriate assistance will be given to you upon your arrival.

We hope for your cooperation on this matter and we look forward to seeing you in Manila.
