POSTPONEMENT OF THE 2ND PHILIPPINE CBR CONGRESS
The 2nd Philippine Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Congress scheduled on July 8-10, 2014 at The Heritage Hotel has been rescheduled to September 30, 2014 to October 2, 2014. This is due to circumstances beyond the NCDA control and encourage more participation from CBR practitioners, disabled peoples organizations, local government units and other developmental groups.
