The NCDA through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites eligible bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

: Contract of Security Services for the period January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017
LOCATION : NCDA Building, Isidora Street, Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City
APPROVED BUDGET:
CEILING FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) P 802,000.00
CONTRACT DURATION: 365 Calendar Days
Prospective bidders should have expertise in undertaking a similar project within the last three (3) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conferences, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Bid documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of One Thousand Pesos (P 1,000.00) to the NCDA Cashier.
The NCDA assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids. NCDA reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the bidding process and rejects all Bids at any time prior to contract of award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
