NCDA Website does not knowingly solicit any personally identifiable information from anybody. In addition, NCDA Website does not knowingly obtain, retain or use information from anyone.
On each Comment form, NCDA Website only collects Name, Email address and the Message which will be posted on the Message List. This does not have any purpose except to let us be informed about the feedbacks about the site’s contents. NCDA reserves the right to post or remove the messages on the Comments form.
On the Registration of PWD Organizations Form, the registrant agrees that the information he/she has entered into the form will be posted on NCDA Website subject to the approval of the NCDA officials.
