Mr. Masuo Andoh, President of ‘Asian Federation of Laryngectomees’ Association’’(AFLA) and his team, took time out on February 16, 20100, from ongoing Esophageal Speech Training for 25 local throat cancer survivors, to thank the government’s support thru NCDA OIC Matt Lee, Jr. New Vois Association of the Philippines (NVAP) President Emer Rojas said the project is a joint project of AFLA Japan, St. Luke’s Medical Center – ENT Department and the NVAP.
