Early Bird Registration Fee extended until April 30, 2011 PHP 10,000.00
Registration Fee from May 1 to June 30, 2011 PHP 12,000.00
Registration Fee from July 1 to November 28, 2011 PHP 15,000.00
Registration fee Inclusion Registration fee covers conference materials, opening ceremony, 3 lunches, 6 tea breks, and closing ceremony. It does not include accommodation. This has to be booked separately.

  1. To promote the practice of community-based inclusive development in Asia-Pacific Region;
  2. To promote multi-sectoral partnerships for the implementation of UNCRPD, MDGs and other development

    initiatives;

  3. To promote the Asia-Pacific Network;
  4. To explore the possibilities of forming the CBR Global Network.

Notes To interested participants:

Please download the registration form and accomplish it properly before sending it through the email apcbrscongress@ncda.gov.ph. After which please check the payment details and find out the most convenient option for you. All inquiries regarding the congress should be coursed to the above mentioned email address.

To facilitate payments:

Participants should pay in Philippine Peso thru:

  1. PAYPAL https://www.paypal.com/ph
  2. Managers or cashiers check payable to the National Council on Disability Affairs, NCDA Building, Isidora Street, Barangay Holy Spirit, Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines via any courier of your choice. Once we received your check, we will send you a photocopy of the official receipt.
  3. If you cannot pay through these two options kindly inform us via our email apcbrscongress@ncda.gov.ph of what is the most convenient way for you to pay the registration fee other than paying when you arrived in the Philippines. We would appreciate if we would receive your payment before the congress.
  4. Upon receipt of your payment, the NCDA Congress Secretariat will send you a confirmation letter via e-mail or fax which will serve as your proof of registration and to be presented upon arrival and checking-in at the Congress.
  5. Registration will only be completed upon receipt of registration fee.
  6. Registered and paid participants may register early at Sofitel Hotel a day before the Congress to get their kits, handouts, IDs, etc.

    I am an orthopedically handicapped and a Disabled Person Organization president here in malabon. We dont have any budget like that you post, but we want to join this coming CBR congress. Can you shoulder the registration fee for us?
