PWD Webstore features Tahanang Walang Hagdanan, Inc. – a non-stock, non-profit and non-government organization that aims to uplift the lives of the Orthopedically handicapped persons. It was founded by Sr. Valeriana Baerts, ICM. a Belgian nun who was assigned as a volunteer nurse here in the Philippines. The center is located in Cainta Rizal which is about 15 kms. East Manila. It has five workshops, six Dormitories for trainees who came from far provinces. It is a rehabilitation and skills training center with sheltered workshops where the people with disabilities are trained to be productive and self-reliant member of the society.

I am a PWD, poliomyelitis victim and the PWD focal person here at the Commisssion on Human Rights, Regional Office No. 02, Tuguegarao City. I would like to solicit a wheelchair for my brother-in-law, Mr. Reynald Sedano who was a stroke survivor for about five years now.

Tahanang Walang Hagdanan, Inc has machine shop facilities for doing basic machining, Is it possible to use this facility to earn money and at the same time giving livelihood to PWDs. I have a lift which I made locally and copied from an American brand which we can manufacture. There are also other asistive devices which we can manufacture here and sell globally. Let’s do it!

magandang araw po…isa po akong nanay pero may kapansanan naputulan po ako ng paa 15years na nakalipas…isa po akong cancer survivor…gusto ko po magkaroon ng trabaho sana naman po matulungan ninyo ako….umaasa po ako sa tulong ninyo…

ako po ay nananawagan sa mga taong may magandang kalooban na makapag do- DONATE ng wheelchair sa aking 84 yrs old na ina siya po ay di na makalakad sanhi ng kanyang pagka dulas maraming salamat po sa lahat ng tutugon sa aking panawagan

ako po ay 9 yrs ng baldado..nais ko po sana makahanap ng trabaho kaya po nag lakas ako ng loob lumiham sa website nyo..klangan ko ng work para po matustusan ko ang pangangailangan ko sa gamot sana po matugunan nyo po ito..maraming salamat po..
