The delegates from the Disability Sector of China, with Director General of CDPF, Wei Mengxin and the Philippines, with Executive Director Carmen Reyes Zubiaga of NCDA after the Preparatory Meeting with other members of the Group of Friends on Disability which was introduced during the APEC Leaders’ Week Meeting in 2014 held in Beijing.
