    Sir/Madam,

Through your department, I hope na mabigyan ng pansin itong reklamo and suggestion ko about sa incluisive education dito sa Pilipinas. I have a daughter with autism. She is studying in a private school in Novaliches. She was placed in a transition class so to prepare her for elem regular education. After that, she was placed in partial mainstreaming wherein she will get some of her subjects in the regular class with curricular modifications for her to adapt. The school issued Form 138 from grade 1-grade 4 under this plaement.

Now, naghigpit ang DedED sa kanila they need to follow the sped system sa pubic its either sped (non grade) 0r mainstreaming (graded). I ve waited for them to annouce the placement but they did it when I already enrolled my child. the result yung anak ko dapat incoming Grade 5-MS ay naging SPED Level II (self-contained) kasi kaya niya ang regular ed pero may modifications so hindi siya pwede imainstreamed dahil hindi pwede ang modifications. Ang sakit dahil from graded ginawang non-grade.
